We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Cabinet Builder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality, custom cabinetry tailored to client specifications. Your expertise in woodworking, fabrication, and various construction techniques will ensure each project meets our standards of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to beautiful, functional spaces. Duties Interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to accurately build custom cabinets and furniture pieces Operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinetry components with precision and attention to detail Perform finishing tasks such as caulking, sanding, staining, and sealing to achieve a polished look Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure designs are executed correctly and on schedule Conduct quality inspections throughout the fabrication process to maintain high standards Assist with related tasks including fixture installation, door hanging, siding work, and remodeling projects as needed Experience Proven experience in cabinetry construction or woodworking within a manufacturing or construction environment Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with trim carpentry, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, and drywall installation Familiarity with construction estimating, kitchen and bathroom remodeling Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other fabrication equipment Join us to craft exceptional custom cabinetry that transforms spaces!
