Husky Doors & Cabinets is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Designer to join our team. This position combines cabinet design, sales, and project coordination . You will work directly with homeowners, builders, and contractors to create functional, well-designed cabinetry solutions and guide projects from initial design and selections through production and delivery. We are looking for someone who understands cabinetry, has a strong eye for design, communicates well with customers, and can confidently manage multiple projects from start to finish. What You'll Do Design kitchen, bath, and other custom cabinetry layouts Work directly with homeowners, builders, and contractors to understand project needs, style, and budget Assist customers with cabinet styles, finishes, colors, hardware, and design selections Create and revise cabinet drawings, layouts, pricing, and specifications Review measurements, appliance specifications, plans, and project details for accuracy Prepare quotes and assist customers through the sales process Coordinate projects with production, purchasing, scheduling, and delivery Create and manage purchase orders and communicate with vendors Track projects from initial design through production and delivery Identify and resolve potential design or project issues before production Maintain accurate and organized project documentation Programs We Use Cabinet Vision Microsoft Access Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Other Microsoft Office programs What We're Looking For Experience with cabinetry, kitchen & bath design, millwork, or a related field Cabinet design and/or cabinetry sales experience preferred Strong understanding of cabinet construction, layouts, materials, finishes, and design Ability to read plans, measurements, and specifications Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Comfortable working independently while collaborating with sales, production, and operations Ability to take ownership of projects and follow them through to completion Compensation Base Pay - Depending on Experience + 2.5% Commission Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Paid holidays Monday-Friday schedule Commission opportunity
