JOB DESCRIPTION

This position is responsible for the effective, high-quality finishing of cabinets and cabinet parts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Use HVLP systems to apply finish to cabinetry Finish cabinetry and millwork using multiple hand and mechanical spraying means Read blueprints/work orders Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools properly, while adhering to company's safety policies and procedures Inspect all products for quality and craftsmanship Maintain high quality standards, which meet to exceed company standards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent Painting experience preferred Communicates clearly and effectively Works positively with co-workers Critical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced production facility Meet the physical demands of job duties
