Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer / Drafter to join our team. This position is responsible for working directly with contractors, designers, and homeowners to develop cabinet plans, create accurate CAD drawings, prepare project bids, and assist customers through the design process. The ideal candidate has previous Cabinet Vision experience, can confidently interpret architectural plans and blueprints, and enjoys working directly with clients to bring their projects to life. Key Responsibilities Communicate back and forth with contractors, designers, and homeowners to develop cabinet plans that meet project requirements. Create new, accurate CAD drawings using Cabinet Vision software . Prepare and send cabinet drawings and project bids to clients. Meet with clients in the showroom for design meetings , helping guide them through cabinet design options and project details. Review project specifications and make revisions as needed to ensure drawings accurately reflect client requirements. Requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural plans . Previous Cabinet Vision experience required. Basic computer skills and comfort working with software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
