Cabinet Installer / Field Technician Level 1 Looking for a Cabinet Installer / Field Technician Level 1 to help with cabinet removal, delivery, installation, and shop support. This is a good position for someone who is dependable, comfortable using power tools, and interested in learning cabinet installation and restoration work. Prior cabinet installation experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person. You will work with experienced cabinet installers and other team members on job sites and in our shop. Responsibilities Assist with removing cabinets from customer homes. Assist with cabinet delivery, loading, unloading, and installation. Help clean, repair, assemble, and prepare cabinets for reinstallation. Use common hand tools and power tools safely. Help with basic cabinet adjustments, fastening, trim, fillers, toe kicks, and touch-ups. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Follow instructions from the Lead Installer. Tools and Experience The ideal candidate should be familiar with, or willing to learn how to use: Drills and impact drivers Oscillating multi-tools Battery-operated finish nailers Sanders Miter saws Basic hand tools Measuring tools Levels and squares Qualifications Responsible, dependable, and willing to learn. Comfortable working with hand tools and power tools. Able to follow directions and work as part of a team. Good attention to detail. Professional attitude when working in customer homes. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and carrying cabinets or materials. Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to pass a criminal background check covering the last 5 years.
