Job Description
Job Overview Jade Cabinetry is seeking an experienced cabinet installer to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works well independently, and is eager to expand their skills. This position is primarily focused on cabinet installation but also offers the opportunity to learn and assist with solid surface countertop measuring and installation. Responsibilities Install kitchen, bath, and closet cabinetry in residential and commercial projects. Complete punch-out work, adjustments, and final trim. Measure and accurately mark cabinet layouts prior to installation. Troubleshoot installation challenges while maintaining a high-quality finished product. Assist with measuring and installing solid surface countertops (training provided). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site. Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and project managers. Qualifications Previous cabinet installation experience is required. Ability to read plans and accurately lay out cabinet installations. Experience with punch work, scribing, fillers, trim, and final adjustments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and handle cabinets and work safely with installation tools. Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to learn. Countertop Experience Experience with solid surface countertops is not required . We will provide training to the right person. The most important qualification is a willingness to learn and become proficient in measuring, templating, and installing countertops as part of our installation team.
