Job Description
Auburn Ridge is a leading manufacturer of custom cabinetry and millwork for residential builders. We're looking for a creative, customer-focused Cabinet Designer to help homeowners and builders bring their vision to life through exceptional design, product selection, and personalized service. What You'll Do Meet with customers to design and select cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and related products Create conceptual cabinet layouts and provide accurate pricing Revise designs based on customer feedback and project needs Collaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and Engineering to ensure projects move smoothly from design through production Maintain project files, design documentation, and bid tracking Deliver an outstanding customer experience in our Design Center while maintaining an organized, welcoming showroom Support showroom displays, merchandising, and daily Design Center operations What We're Looking For Associate or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Experience with AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision (preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong design sense with excellent communication and presentation skills Outstanding customer service and relationship-building abilities Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Sales experience and kitchen & bath industry certifications (CKD, CBD, KCMA) are a plus Why Auburn Ridge?
