Job Description
```Duties``` Our operations assistants enjoy a wide variety of tasks that allow all departments of our business to run effectively.
Main responsibilities would include:
- Unload and load grain from semis and trains
- Collect samples of grain and perform test to check for quality
- Utilize computer to record details of each grain shipment
- Provide great customer support
- Operate grain elevator equipment
- Assist other elevator staff members in performing maintenance on equipment
- Assist in grain housekeeping throughout the facility
- Be a team player to ensure all tasks are completed properly
- Follow safety procedures ```Skills```
- Agricultural background preferred, but not required
- Clean driving record (CDL a plus)
- Ability to climb
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to operate skid steer
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions
- Attention to detail
- Weekend availability during harvest
