ASAP About A to Z Quality Fencing A to Z Quality Fencing is a family owned and operated fencing company with over 30 years in business . Based in Hartford, Wisconsin, we serve Metro Milwaukee and surrounding communities. We are growing and looking to add 1 to 2 experienced fence installation subcontractor crews for consistent residential and light commercial fence installation work. We provide top quality materials, organized projects, project management support, and training on our installation standards . We are looking for professional crews who want to produce quality work and build a long term relationship with A to Z Quality Fencing. Compensation $700 to $2,500 per day Compensation varies based on the type, size, and difficulty of the project. Paid weekly. Our Installation System A to Z Quality Fencing uses our No Mess No Dig™ installation system on most projects.

Almost all posts are pounded or driven Very little traditional hole digging No concrete footings on most standard installations Efficient installation process Training provided on our No Mess No Dig™ system Top quality fencing materials Subcontractor Requirements Applicants must have: Minimum 3 years of verifiable fence installation experience Your own reliable truck Your own trailer Your own tools and installation equipment Your own qualified installation crew Current Workers Compensation insurance Current General Liability insurance Reliable transportation Ability to maintain professional jobsites Strong communication and dependability Commitment to A to Z Quality Fencing's workmanship standards Experience installing vinyl, aluminum, chain link, and wood fencing is strongly preferred. How Our Jobs Work A to Z Quality Fencing supplies the fencing materials for each project.

Subcontractors will:

Pick up job materials from our Hartford shop Transport materials to the jobsite Complete the installation according to A to Z standards Maintain a clean and professional jobsite Return all unused and leftover materials to our shop Communicate job progress with our Project Manager Our Project Manager will oversee and support the projects , answer questions, verify installation quality, and help keep jobs moving efficiently. We Will Train the Right Crew Already experienced in fencing but unfamiliar with our system? That's OK. A to Z Quality Fencing will provide training on our No Mess No Dig™ installation methods and company standards for the right motivated crew. Our standards are high and A to Z Quality Fencing quality requirements will be enforced on every installation. What We're Looking For We want subcontractors who are: Dependable, experienced, motivated, organized, professional with customers, proud of their workmanship, and interested in building a long term working relationship with a growing fencing company. Work is available immediately.
