We specialize in crafting high-quality, custom architectural casework, millwork, store fixtures, and displays within our state-of-the-art, climate-controlled facility. Our focus is serving clients across the United States and beyond, including corporate partners, general contractors, architects, designers, and developers. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Custom Cabinet/Casework Builder to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing high-end custom cabinetry and casework according to precise specifications and technical drawings. Your craftsmanship will contribute directly to delivering exceptional products that meet our clients' exacting standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with skilled professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to quality and innovation. Responsibilities Build and assemble custom cabinetry, millwork and wood components Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Operate woodworking equipment including tables saws and routers safely and effectively Perform fitting, sanding and finish preparation work. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Collaborate with team members to complete project in a timely manner Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment. Requirements Previous experience in cabinet making, woodworking, millwork, finish carpentry or related fields Experience working with laminate, veneers, hardwood and various wood substrates Experience with solid surface, plexiglass and glass a plus Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
