We are looking for an outstanding team player who loves to learn and will thrive in a positive team-oriented work environment. Carpentry experience valuable.
Reponsibilities:
  • Installation of fireplaces, stoves, and inserts in new construction and existing homes
  • Be a leader in the field, control your job and be assertive in handling problems
  • Engage with contractors, homeowners and all professionals related to the project
  • Maintain effective communications with sales staff and field operations to ensure that installation is completed and meets quality standards.
  • Report back to the office staff throughout the day
  • Properly identify tools, venting materials, appropriate vent routing per manufacturer's specs and count/state building codes
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and verbal).
Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable being on a ladder and a roof.
  • Reliable
  • Carpentry, construction, or HVAC experience preferred
  • Previous installation experience (industry experience preferred but not require). If you hustle, we are willing to train the right person.
  • Productive work ethic, positive attitude and professional presence at all time
  • MUST be mechanically inclined, comfortable with tools
  • MUST be able to climb ladders, and be on roofs
  • MUST be able to read, comprehend and interpret technical installation manuals
  • MUST have excellent customer service
