Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Siding Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of siding materials on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will help transform building exteriors, enhance curb appeal, and provide durable protection against the elements. Responsibilities Measure and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics to determine siding installation requirements. Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety harnesses in accordance with construction safety regulations. Install various siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, metal, and stucco with precision and attention to detail. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and secure siding panels according to specifications. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols such as proper ladder use, fall protection measures, and workplace safety regulations. Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure durability and aesthetic standards are met. Collaborate with team members to interpret technical drawings and follow construction plans accurately. Experience Proven experience in siding installation or related construction fields such as roofing repair, drywall, carpentry, or remodeling. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading blueprints or schematics. Hands-on experience with heavy lifting, scaffolding setup, metal roofing, single-ply membrane roofing, or stucco is a plus. Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations including the use of safety harnesses and proper ladder use. Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is preferred.
