Job:

We are looking for a Millwork Fabricator with experience working with CNC machines and other casework fabrication equipment. Knowledge of custom casework is a huge advantage. We are offering this full-time position in our Shop department to an individual who is detail orientated, able to meet deadlines, and takes a proactive approach to their job.

Responsibilities:

Operate CNC cutting and fabrication equipment. Process casework parts through dowel and edgeband steps. Finish cabinets and prep for shipping after assembly. Develop the knowledge to operate each station on the production line and be able to build cabinets from beginning to end. Train and operate as a specialist on certain production stations as needed.

Experience:

3 years of experience in manufacturing shop setting. Strong communication skills Great problem-solving and math skills Good time management and organization skills Can read and comprehend shop drawings and work orders. Knowledge of casework/millwork. A self-starter that is detail oriented, organized, motivated, responsible and dependable. Preferred 3+ years industry experience in specialty construction/custom fabrication, millwork, exhibit/display, or other related fields
