Saraland, AL Get paid weekly What will you do? Make an impact! Join our operations team and play a key role in safely and efficiently managing the flow of materials throughout the facility. This is a great opportunity for individuals with industrial experience who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and contributing directly to smooth daily plant operations. Key Job Responsibilities Operate and maintain pumps to support daily production activities Load and unload fluid volumes in compliance with regulations and company procedures Manage material transfers within the tank farm, including inventory checks, sampling, and stock monitoring Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance in the pump room, truck bay, and containment areas Conduct blending operations and assist with tank transfers Cross-train in Lab Technician, Lead Operator, and Process Technician duties Other duties as assigned Do you have what it takes? High school diploma or equivalent Experience working in an industrial environment; oil experience preferred Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check Able to read, write, and understand English Able to work the assigned on-site schedule Comfortable with physical tasks including walking, standing, lifting, climbing, kneeling, pushing, and pulling What's in for you?
