Pay $19.00 per hour Background / Drug Screen Background Check Required Drug Screen Required We are hiring Manufacturing Associates / Production Operators to support production from raw materials through final product packaging. This hands-on position involves operating production equipment, monitoring manufacturing processes, performing quality checks, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Candidates with experience as a Manufacturing Associate, Production Associate, Production Operator, Machine Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Chemical Operator, Production Worker, General Laborer, Material Handler, Packaging Associate, or Warehouse Associate are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Support manufacturing from raw materials through final product packaging Operate production machinery and equipment as trained Monitor multiple production processes and equipment Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions Monitor product quality throughout the production process Identify and report potential quality or production issues Perform equipment startup and shutdown activities as directed Maintain accurate production counts and documentation Use required PPE and follow established safety procedures Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free production areas Perform basic equipment cleaning, greasing, and adjustments Participate in cross-training across production positions Perform general labor and material handling duties as needed Support established safety and quality standards Requirements Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, chemical processing, packaging, or similar industrial experience preferred Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical work Strong attention to detail Basic math skills Ability to read and follow SOPs and equipment instructions Ability to multitask and monitor multiple processes Ability to work safely around manufacturing processes and chemicals Ability to work in varying plant temperatures and conditions Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, and kneel as required Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Forklift experience is a plus Chemical or light chemical manufacturing experience is a plus Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout and Hazard Communication procedures is a plus If you have experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, chemical processing, packaging, material handling, warehouse operations, or general labor , we encourage you to apply.
