$16.75 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience About the Opportunity Masis Staffing is partnering with a global leader in specialty materials and chemical solutions to place Production Operators on their 3rd shift team. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that takes safety seriously — operating at 3x safer than the industry average — and offers a strong benefits package from day one for permanent employees. What You Will Do Set up, start, and run production machinery Weigh and insert ingredients to meet recipe specifications, or ensure pre-blended materials are correctly delivered and loaded into machinery Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation; troubleshoot equipment and processing issues as they arise Operate machinery to mix, extrude, discharge, or handle materials Collect material samples and deliver to the lab for evaluation; apply batch adjustment instructions as directed Perform all required machine cleaning Document completed work including logs, data reports, and procedure records What We Are Looking For High School diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Basic math skills including conversions and working with units such as weight, volume, and density Dependable and reliable with a strong sense of accountability Willingness to work overtime as needed Team player who is open to learning and sharing knowledge with coworkers Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; occasional bending, stooping, and climbing ladders or stairs Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally Must be able to communicate clearly and follow work instructions in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be able to detect and respond to safety alarms Required use of personal protective equipment including safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, AND hard hat Exposure to outdoor conditions, extreme heat and humidity, and occasional dust or fumes Benefits Upon Permanent Hire Competitive compensation with bi-annual bonus plan Medical, dental, and vision benefits starting Day 1 — no waiting period Two weeks paid vacation (prorated), plus sick time, paid holidays, floating holidays, and community service/volunteer days 401(k) with company match — 100% vested Strong safety culture — 3x safer than the industry average How to Apply Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume to Masis Staffing Solutions.
