Operate production equipment according to SOPs Set up and calibrate equipment for each run including material inputs and mixing ratios Monitor and adjust equipment parameters (line speeds, fall plates, troughs, air flow, vacuum) to maintain consistent quality Start and stop machines ads required including emergency shutdowns Measure, weigh and mix raw materials (additives, chemicals, activators) Inspect products to make sure they align with specs Document and report quality issues Assist with storing and handling materials Operate forklift to transport materials Perform routine preventive maintenance including cleaning, and lubrication Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems (motors, pumps, valves etc) Disassemble and reassemble equipment to perform repairs or replacements Follow LOTO and Safety guidelines Wear proper PPE Required Skills & Experience HS Diploma or GED required 2+ years of experience with mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems in a manufacturing/industrial setting Must have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem solving skills Good communication skills Ability to work in all temperatures including triple digit heat Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Skills & Experience 2+ years of forklift operation By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
