POSITION SUMMARY
: This position filters, prepares and processes the flow of orders through the Seal process while recording data and optimizing productivity. This position is responsible for following SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost) methods by working safely, meeting customer expectations, delivering on-time and minimizing costs. This is a full-time, on-site position working 2nd shift M-F 2:00pm-10:30pm.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Support daily production requirements in the aluminum sealing process Receives production order and job assignments from a supervisor Organizes jobs and filters printing sequence to optimize workflow Assist production team in monitoring and increasing yield, capacity, and quality Routine process bath make-up and analysis Routine temperature and water quality monitoring and testing Routine hand work cleaning treatments Ensure the continual implementation of safety practices. Wear necessary PPE. Communicate daily activities with other shifts Ensure that daily shutdown procedures are completed accurately Other tasks as assigned .
EQUIPMENT/ COMPUTER SKILLS
Basic computer skills Must be comfortable working around and with chemicals
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Knowledge of production and processing. Must be able to read and understand English. Must have good math and measuring skills. Must be detail oriented, an active listener, organized and methodical. Must understand downstream finishing processes to ensure orders are processed optimally. Water and Wastewater treatment experience a plus Any Hazardous Materials experience or training a plus Experience with safely handling and analyzing chemicals a plus Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be arm-hand steadiness, manual dexterity, and finger dexterity.

Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
