PHASES Job Summary:

Vantage Point is seeking a processing technician. As a processing technician you will play a vital role in our cultivation and processing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include binning up and bucking down dried plants, accurately reporting waste amounts in compliance with industry standards, and maintaining a clean and safe facility environment. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments to ensure efficient processing operations and assist with various tasks as assigned by management.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Binning up and bucking down of dried plants in compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Accurately report waste amounts in compliance with METRC (Marijuana Enforcement Tracking Reporting Compliance) standards.
• Clean and maintain the facility to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple departments to ensure efficient processing operations.
• Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Must be 21+ Ability to work in a manual labor job in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks. Basic computer and technical skills required. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience in cannabis processing or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity with METRC compliance standards is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
