ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operation of various measurement equipment, Guzik, B/G. Familiar with microscope operation and various optical testers, software. Operate within standard operating procedures and job safety analysis, data collection, and documentation. Must be able to understand and resolve job-related problems within areas of responsibility. Read and understand production reports and process instructions; and able to work effectively within a team environment. Must possess good communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Must be flexible, able to learn and apply knowledge quickly, and capable of operating multiple tools within a production cell in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work in a class 100 cleanroom. Candidates must be flexible to work an 8-hour Shift and overtime, as required by the team. Qualifications
REQUIRED
Minimum 1-3 years manufacturing experience, or equivalent. Must possess a strong sense of urgency, commitment, and be results-oriented. Must have basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Intermediate/advanced level of Excel is a plus. Must be a self-starter and a quick learner. Excellent dexterity when handling small parts is required. Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 25 pounds on a rare basis, 10 pounds on an occasional basis, 5 pounds on a frequent basis, and 2 pounds on a constant basis. Ability to move the neck and head repetitively (flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral bending). Ability to lift arms above shoulder level about 2-3 times a day.
