Laboratory / Production Operator We are seeking a hands-on Laboratory / Production Operator to support daily production activities in a chemical laboratory and manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform daily laboratory and production tasks according to approved SOPs and production instructions Operate and assist with setup of laboratory and process equipment Follow assigned production schedules, tasks, and priorities Properly document production activities, equipment use, and process information Complete operator checklists, batch records, equipment logs, and cleaning records Assist with equipment setup, cleaning, changeovers, and routine inspections Monitor equipment during operation and immediately report abnormal conditions or problems Follow chemical-handling, PPE, housekeeping, and workplace safety requirements Assist with material transfers, filtration, vacuum operations, pumping, and other production activities Maintain clean and organized production and laboratory work areas Participate in shift handoffs and communicate production status to supervisors and other operators Follow instructions from supervisors, laboratory staff, maintenance, environmental compliance, and management Complete required safety, equipment, and SOP training Help identify equipment, safety, quality, or process issues and report them immediately Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of production, laboratory, chemical-processing, manufacturing, or similar hands-on experience required Experience working around reactors, pumps, filtration systems, vacuum systems, process equipment, chillers, or similar industrial equipment is a plus Comfortable working with chemicals and following written SOPs and safety procedures Ability to accurately complete production records and equipment logs Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently Dependable, organized, and able to work as part of a production team Ability to perform hands-on physical work in a laboratory/manufacturing environment Safety-focused and willing to properly use required PPE OSHA or other relevant safety training is a plus

Pay:

$27.00 - $33.00 per hour
