About the Role We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and reliable Production Technician to join our Operations team in Evergreen, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of our core production processes, ensuring high-quality output while maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment. Working closely under the direction of the Lead Tech, you will play a vital role in meeting production goals and upholding our rigorous operational standards.

Key Responsibilities Machinery & Equipment Operation:

Expertly operate, monitor, and maintain specialized production machinery to maintain a consistent workflow.

Specialized Distillation:

Safely operate and maintain Rotary Evaporators .

Laboratory Operations:

Apply basic laboratory procedures and techniques during everyday production and testing workflows.

Quality Control & Troubleshooting:

Conduct regular quality checks, closely monitor process parameters, and promptly identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.

Data Logging & Reporting:

Maintain clear, accurate record-keeping through physical logs and direct data entry into Google Sheets and operational tracking systems.

Hazardous Materials & Safety:

Manage the proper handling, storage, and compliance documentation for hazardous waste materials according to safety guidelines.

Preventative Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance on processing equipment to minimize downtime.

Compliance & Safety:

Strictly adhere to all facility safety protocols, SOPs, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).

Experience:

1-2 years of direct hemp-processing and distillation experience.

Technical Aptitude:

Strong mechanical acumen with proven, hands-on experience operating distillation machinery (including Rotary Evaporators), filtration equipment, and chemical reaction vessels/reactors.

Knowledge Base:

Solid understanding of basic laboratory procedures and standard safety protocols.

Software Skills:

Proficient with Google Sheets and basic computer usage for accurate data entry and tracking.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to manually lift and move 50lbs frequently , 75 lbs infrequently and stand for extended periods during shift operations.

Soft Skills:
