This role is vital in ensuring the efficient operation of production lines, adherence to safety standards, and quality control of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing standard operating procedures, mechanical systems, and industrial chemical handling. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Duties Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality. Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols during daily operations, including the handling of industrial chemicals. Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, performing basic maintenance as needed. Maintain accurate production records, including batch documentation and equipment logs. Assist in setting up equipment for different production runs and making adjustments to optimize performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to chemical handling and machinery operation. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with manufacturing processes and safety procedures. Skills Strong knowledge of manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on machinery. Experience or familiarity with industrial chemical handling, including safety protocols and proper storage. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively within a team environment. Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Physical stamina for standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks as required. Pay:
