Hour Job Description:
Safely perform production functions in the processing of media while maintaining the highest level of quality. Cross-train and work on Fiber/Web equipment as necessary to meet production schedules. Work with hazardous chemicals, maintain accurate records and logs, and collect data for Engineering. Follow EHS regulations, required PPE, and all Quality policies and procedures. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent; heavy manufacturing experience desired. Basic math and measuring skills with accuracy using calipers and micrometers. Strong attention to detail, quality-minded work habits, communication skills, sound judgment, and ability to read/write simple statements. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for long periods. Steel microfiber experience desired. OSHA-approved steel/composite toe shoes, long pants covering ankles/legs, and safety glasses required on the production floor.
Pay:
