Role Description The Process Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Bradenton, FL, responsible for supporting and optimizing injection molding operations. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and adjusting molding machines, monitoring production runs, and ensuring processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role involves identifying and resolving equipment and process issues, performing routine checks, and collaborating with production and quality teams to maintain consistent output. The Process Technician also helps implement process improvements, supports preventive maintenance activities, and assists in training team members on proper operating procedures. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues efficiently. Experience with quality control practices to ensure parts meet specifications and standards. Knowledge of process engineering principles related to injection molding setup, optimization, and documentation. Ability to perform or support preventive maintenance on molding machines and related equipment. Experience providing training and guidance to production staff on process parameters and safe operating procedures. Understanding of injection molding operations and plastic materials; prior manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and production documentation. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to workplace safety. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or relevant vocational training is a plus.
