The Production Operator II is responsible for ensuring the department runs efficiently with priority on quality and on-time delivery to our customers. This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the slitting department located in Pensacola and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support and participate in activities to establish manufacturing in Pensacola. Work with process and production engineers during troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities. Produce quality products per the standard operating procedures and departmental standards with proper recording and traceability. Follow company safety policies including PPE usage, lock-out-tag-out procedure, and safe operation of equipment. Follow good housekeeping policies. The essential requirements of the job include: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Knowledge and usage of basic math, ability to read and comprehend written work instructions, use measuring equipment (ruler, calipers, etc.). 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, a cleanroom environment and with ERP Systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.) or other applicable experience.

if applicable for role To ensure a safe work environment while meeting the physical demands of the job, you must be able to perform the following physical and mental tasks, with or without a reasonable accommodation: Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs. Ability to continuously stand or walk as well as frequently climb stairs and ladders; squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot and reach; frequently use fingers or hands to grasp, clamp, move, finer, handle, and feel small objects. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience in a manufacturing environment, chemical material handling, and with ERP Systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Working Hours:
