Summary We are seeking a Process Technician I to join our production team and play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you'll set up, monitor, and adjust automated equipment while performing routine maintenance to help maximize efficiency and performance. This is a great opportunity to build technical skills, contribute to high-quality production, and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position has a base rate of $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; with flexibility depending on operational demands. Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Set-up, operates, inspects, changes over and tears down assigned equipment-related components for proper operation.
- Perform Quality / Productivity checks and other assignments from Production supervision.
- Assists in equipment modify cations or rebuilds to ensure they can perform required production functions.
- Performs specified preventive maintenance as required, lubricating, cleaning and measurements.
- Perform Daily and Weekly Preventative Maintenance on equipement.
- Perform any minor repairs or part replacements requiring items such as consumable parts found during PM task or production runs.
- Report equipment issues or problems found during production runs or PM tasks to management.
- Create ServiceRequest for maintenance repairs.
- Adhere to all safety requirements.
- Train other production associates and Process Technicians as needed.
- Assist in CI projects, Maintenance repairs and activities.
- Weekend work will be required. Minimum Education and Experience
- Must have the ability to operate multiple systems and equipment within the production areas.
- Read/write English, math, and analytical skills. Preferred Education and Experience
- High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.
- Experience in a poultry processing/manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Exposure to temperatures ranging from 40
- 50 degrees Fahrenheit
- Noise levels ranging from 85

- Ability to lift 80 lbs
- Ability to move throughout the department.
