Job Description

Antigen Manufacturing Technician Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Pay:
$20/hour Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related science preferred 1-3 years of manufacturing or laboratory experience preferred Understanding of aseptic techniques and sterile processing (training provided) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Good written, verbal, and computer skills Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Basic knowledge of quality systems and USDA regulations is a plus Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. (20 kg) as needed Responsibilities Operate centrifuges to process and concentrate bacterial antigens used in vaccine production Perform aseptic processing to maintain sterile conditions throughout production Prepare, clean, and sterilize equipment used in downstream processing Accurately complete production records following Good Documentation Practices Monitor processes for quality and consistency while following established safety procedures Assist with additional downstream processing, cleaning, and production support as needed This is a hands-on manufacturing position that requires precision, consistency, and attention to detail. While experience with aseptic techniques is helpful, training is provided for the specific processes used in this role.
