1:30pm - 10:00pm
Pay:
$17.00/hour + 10% shift differential Position Purpose Responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role performs plating, anodizing, and chemical cleaning activities in accordance with work instructions and job travelers. Essential Functions Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work orders, and production requirements Calculate appropriate processing times for parts Remove parts from tanks after specified time, rinse, and immerse in baths to complete processing Complete required documentation per company and process guidelines Assist line activities alongside Line Operator II to optimize throughput Record processing data on work orders (dimensions, tank number, temperature, voltage, time in/out) Evaluate and log preventative maintenance on processing lines Ensure proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE (eye/ear protection, gloves, back brace when applicable) Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively Experience Required Previous experience with chemical processing preferred Skills & Abilities Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work with varying processes under limited supervision Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers and common factors Physical Requirements Frequently lift and/or move up to 35 lbs independently Ability to use lifting equipment for items over 35 lbs Ability to stand, move, and work in a production environment for extended periods #INDBOI To Apply for this Job Click Here
