Salary:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Work Schedule:
Position availability is for 2nd shift (3:00 PM to 11:30 PM). Flexibility may be required to support production needs, including occasional overtime.

Chemical Operator, you'll play a key role in creating high-performance lubricants that power everything from cars to wind turbines. You'll work in a fast-paced, safety-first environment where your contributions truly matter. The
LUBRODAL
Operator's responsibilities include: Weighing and/or metering raw materials into mixing tank. Mixing raw materials into mixing tank to make finished product. Transferring finished product from mixing tank into proper shipping container. Regular inspections of the ball mills. Reviewing of the batch tickets to determine the type and quantity of graphite to be ground. Following standard operating procedures for loading and unloading the ball mills. Verification of raw material consumption via SAP.
Qualifications we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent. Two plus years of previous manufacturing/plant operations experience required. Demonstrated ability to follow simple batch ticket instructions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Work with limited supervision and perform basic mathematical calculations. Batch making and/or compounding experience a plus. SAP experience a plus.
