Printing Ink Manufacturing PROMAN Staffing is Hiring! PROMAN Staffing is seeking experienced Production Operators for a printing ink manufacturing company in Lisle, IL. This position is ideal for candidates with machine operating experience, preferably within an ink, chemical, paint, coating, or similar manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures Set up equipment and make basic machine adjustments as needed Measure, mix, and process materials according to production specifications Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Accurately complete production documentation and records Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies Assist with general production and manufacturing duties as needed Qualifications Previous machine operating experience required Experience in ink manufacturing or a related manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Reliable attendance and punctuality Why Work With PROMAN Staffing?
