Job Description

Chemical Operator Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Pay Rate:
Depending on experience
Location:
Florence, KY Crown Staffing is seeking experienced Packaging Operators to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, overseeing packaging processes, and ensuring products are packaged according to company and customer specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate production equipment according to established procedures Learn and work on both bottling and powder packaging lines Blend, fill, secure, and label products according to specifications Verify packaged goods against production orders and work instructions Monitor production processes and maintain accurate records Make equipment adjustments as needed to ensure efficient operation Read and interpret production orders and packaging instructions Track materials and inventory used on the production line Help ensure all materials and personnel are properly positioned for production Follow all company safety and quality standards Qualifications Required Previous machine operator experience High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Benefits & Perks Competitive pay based on experience $1.00/hour increase upon permanent hire Temp-to-hire opportunity (conversion considered after 520 hours based on attendance and performance) Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits available after 30 days Vacation pay after eligibility requirements are met Holiday pay after eligibility requirements are met Career growth opportunities within a growing manufacturing facility Apply Today!
