Petroleum Management Services, Inc. (PMSI) builds and maintains the fuel systems that keep hospitals, universities, and municipalities running. Emergency generators. Industrial boilers. Day tanks, pump sets, and boiler-room distribution. The same combustion and fuel-supply knowledge you already have, applied to mission-critical institutional systems instead of residential no-heats. We are a veteran-owned, independent company serving commercial, institutional, and public clients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island for over 30 years. We are not owned by private equity, and we are not a retail gas station contractor.

• Service, retrofit, and installation of fuel oil supply and return piping, day tanks, duplex pump sets, and boiler-room fuel distribution
• Generator fuel system service and installation
• Troubleshooting and repair of electronic tank monitoring and leak detection equipment (training provided)
• Regulatory compliance inspections of mechanical systems and leak detection equipment
• Working on tank installation and removal projects alongside our construction crews
• Working directly with facilities directors and plant managers at hospitals, universities, and other institutions What we are looking for:
• Massachusetts Oil Burner Technician certificate (DFS Certificate of Competency): strongly preferred
• Several years of commercial or industrial burner, boiler, or fuel systems service experience
• Comfortable with fuel oil piping, threading, and mechanical work
• Interest in learning the petroleum and regulatory side of the business: codes, compliance, monitoring systems
• Clean driving record, valid driver's license, DOT physical, background check and drug screen Also a strong fit if you are coming from:
• Commercial boiler service
• Industrial or commercial pipefitting with black steel experience
• Generator service
• Water or wastewater treatment operations We do not expect anyone to walk in knowing petroleum systems.
