DuPont Water Solutions is a global leader in technologies that enable water purification, reuse in industrial processes, recovery of critical resources, and sustainable liquid separations. We are looking for someone passionate about delivering innovative and sustainable solutions that improves access to clean water and enhance quality of life." The R D Technician supports both new technology development and manufacturing of Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Nanofiltration (NF) products. This role provides pilot plant scale experimental development and data interpretation to support cross-functional teams in R D, TS&D, and Manufacturing Technology to address customer applications and challenges. This is an on-site role based in Edina, MN. Relocation for this role is not supported. Key Responsibilities Perform routine pilot plant scale experiments for RO/NF membrane development Operate and maintain existing equipment and design and set up new equipment as needed. Develop, validate, and continuously improve standard operating procedures and safety documentation. Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds and perspectives Assist and participate in the inventive process with other professionals, providing technical solutions in the development of new membranes, modules, manufacturing processes and test methods. Ensure safe operations and maintain compliance with environmental, heath, and safety standards. Actively support site and department safety initiatives. Document and report experimental data using PC-based applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
