What You'll Do as a

Process Technician:

Start up, shut down, and perform changeovers on extrusion linesMonitor and optimize extrusion line performance to maintain peak efficiencyTroubleshoot manufacturing processes, equipment, and production issuesEnsure plastic sheets and rolls meet customer specifications and company quality standardsTrain and support team members on production processes and proceduresMaintain accurate production records, including employee time allocation to manufacturing ordersFollow quality, safety, and housekeeping requirements while supporting continuous improvement efforts What You Need to Bring to the

Process Technician Role:
