We are looking for a skilled Blend Operator to work 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. currently Monday through Thursday to operate our process equipment used to package quality dairy products. The ideal candidate will have dairy plant experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Responsibilities Operation of equipment (including, but not limited to Bag Sealer, Shrink wrapper, Forklift, Labeler & basic computer skills) Perform assigned data entry and record keeping functions Perform in-process quality control tests Maintain plant sanitation at a level that meets or exceeds Preston Protein Products and regulatory standards Identify and Report issues to a maintenance manager Skill Ability to read and comprehend oral and written instructions and short correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to coworkers. Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity High school diploma or equivalent
