What you´ll do Experience within a LEAN manufacturing site utilizing computer skills, excel, PowerPoint. Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing. Follow standard operating procedures (SOP's), batch sheets, and safety guidelines. Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency. Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation. Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment. What makes you a good fit Must have HS Degree or GED Must be able to lift 50lb. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
