Handle inventory tasks including cycle counts, consolidation of raw parts, and staging raw products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Pull raw product from inventory racks utilizing walk behind lift. Pull raw product from boxes and stage on carts. Deliver parts to next stage in production process. Return empty carts from as needed. Operate various production equipment including; 5" stack pin stamper, center less grinder, and polishing robots, and other equipment as specified by area leader. Inspect all out bound parts to known quality standards. Complete production orders and transfers within Navision with 100% accuracy. Own inventory accuracy. Conduct cycle counts for inventory locations. Conduct general housekeeping. Consolidate boxes of raw parts. Assist in packaging finished parts. Develop and maintain positive relationships with team. Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals. Environmental responsibility is our commitment to our communities. Proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, hazardous waste, etc. is expected. Any other tasks as required fulfilling Lincoln Industries' Beliefs and Drivers

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
Expected:
Six months experience in a production manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
Experience with inventory counts, inventory tracking software (i.e. Navision), and inspection.
Communication Skills:
Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language. Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize workload. Must be able to read work instructions and travelers in order to follow proper procedures. Must be able to read safety warnings and chemical labels. Must be able to communicate verbally with others.
Other Skills:
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
