Your Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused individual to join our team in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This role is centered on operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment while supporting efficient manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial setting. Responsibilities include setting up and adjusting automated and mechanical equipment, safely moving raw materials throughout the production process, and ensuring equipment is operating at peak performance. This position involves setting up mechanical equipment, handling web and chemical materials. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing or production environment and be comfortable operating automated equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Additional responsibilities include performing in-process quality checks, monitoring production performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, and operational procedures. This position also requires maintaining an organized work area and collaborating with the production team to maximize equipment uptime, product quality, and overall manufacturing efficiency.

Shift Hours:

6pm-6am Friday-Sunday Physical Attributes Lift up to 50 lbs. Stand/bend/twist for an 8-hour shift Who You Are Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2+ years of manufacturing operator experience Knowledge of EH&S, ISO, cGMP, and other manufacturing regulatory requirements Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding and application of basic math skills Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word Computer hardware/software experience Experience handling chemicals Adaptability and willingness to learn multiple operations and tasks Excellent verbal and written communicate skills Work well independently while also being a positive contributor to a strong, cohesive team Pay Range for this position: $23.00-$36.00 per hour The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
