Chemical Lab Operator - Night/Over-night shift 5+ years of recent chemical operations experience, ideally in chemical or non-pharmaceutical plant operations Responsibilities include:

• Operates laboratory and production equipment including reactors, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, filtration systems, analytical instruments, and safety/containment equipment. Handles routine testing, measurement, and documentation while maintaining safe and compliant lab conditions.
• Perform testing of products
• Operate PLC control panels
• Hands-on assembly/disassembly of equipment
• Experienced in operation of process units
• Responsible for independently running equipment
• Record and analyze data from process runs.
• Set up controls for recording of data on PLC and other data recording devices.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on lab equipment.
• Accurately weigh and ensure that the correct ingredients are used as indicated in the manufacturing order
• Maintain good written, verbal communication with management, engineers and mechanics
• Follow all company safety policies, good manufacturing practices and maintain good hygiene
• Work with reactors, pumps, filter press, spray dryers, GMP etc.

Over Time Experience:

5-10 years recent chemical operations experience, ideally in chemical plant operations;
