- by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.
The role:
As an Operator , you will help drive our goals by:- Processing, refining and fabricating precious metals and chemical products through a range of operational activities
- Following written and verbal operating procedures to complete production tasks safely and accurately
- Monitoring and controlling multiple process operations while maintaining product quality and efficiency
- Performing routine testing and checks to support process control and product specifications
- Maintaining accurate production records and ensuring full traceability of materials throughout the process
- Supporting housekeeping, waste handling and continuous improvement activities to maintain a safe, organized workplace Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Ability to apply scientific or technical knowledge in a manufacturing or processing environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining quality standards
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
