• Operate chemical process equipment following SOP's, JSA's or work orders.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental excellence by contributing to our safety culture.
• Monitor and evaluate process variables.
• Work with team members, engineers, and management to improve processes and resolve any issues with production.
• Troubleshoot process related issues such as pumps, equipment, and processes.
• Take samples of produced chemicals and send to the lab for quality testing. . Manage the receiving, loading, and proper storage of chemicals, ensuring compliance with safety and handling procedures.
• Maintain optimum control, efficiency and safety of the unit and equipment by monitoring and evaluating process variables and sample results.
• Knowledge in starting, stopping, and adjusting machinery and process equipment.
• Understanding and performing Lock Out/Tag Out procedures. Qualifications
• High School Diploma.
• Math problem solving and creative thinking skills.
• Requires the use of a respirator.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in a warehouse/plant/manufacturing Must be able to work any shift in a 24/7 operation.

This is a night shift position working 12 hour shift 6:00pm to 6:00am.
