• Operate chemical process equipment within safe operating ranges.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, regulations, and company standards to ensure safety, health, and environmental excellence.
• Support improvements in Safety, Quality and Production.
• Conduct simple preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot process related issues such as pumps, equipment, and processes.
• Take samples and send to lab for testing.
• Maintain optimum control, efficiency and safety of the unit and equipment by monitoring and evaluating process variables and sample results.
• Knowledge in starting, stopping, and adjusting machinery and process equipment.
• Understanding and performing Lock Out/Tag Out procedures. Qualifications
• High School Diploma.
• Math problem solving and creative thinking skills.
• Requires the use of a respirator.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in a warehouse/plant/manufacturing Must be able to work any shift in a 24/7 operation.

This position will be a night shift position, 6pm to 6am.
