Position Summary Cortland Plastics International is seeking an experienced Extrusion Blow Molding Process Technician to establish and maintain process control across our blow-molding operations. Responsibilities Set up blow-molding equipment for job changeovers. Establish and maintain proper processing parameters. Monitor and adjust time, pressure and temperature controls. Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections. Troubleshoot production and process issues. Perform preventive maintenance as required. Work with management, Quality Assurance and Engineering on continuous improvement. Assist with new product and engineering sample development. Maintain consistent production quality and efficiency. Requirements 3 plus years of experience in extrusion blow molding. Experience with equipment such as BEKUM, Automa, Rocheleau, or similar machines is highly desirable. Knowledge of process control and troubleshooting. Understanding of dimensional and visual quality requirements. Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
