Job Description

Arconic is currently in search of General Hourly Production Operators to join our Operations team based in Massena, NY. Our entry level production employees must be able to follow safety and quality guidelines, work as part of a team, work rotating shifts, and be available for overtime.
You have:
(required) Pass an assessment test. Must be able to bend, stand, squat, walk, push/pull and lift (on an occasional basis a maximum of 50 pounds with frequent or constant lifting of 25 pounds). Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot to cold, dust, dirt, chemicals, and elevated noise levels. Wear provided personal protective equipment (face masks, hard hat, earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, reflective vest, metatarsal safety shoes). Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

PAY:
$34 per hour.

Read and follow all safety rules and regulations, standard operating procedures, and quality standards. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Complete required paperwork and data entry.
