Job Summary We are seeking a Chemical Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Cleveland, OH. This role is ideal for a manufacturing professional with hands-on equipment operation experience who takes pride in safety, precision, product quality, and consistent production performance. As a Chemical Mixing Operator, you will operate and monitor process equipment used to produce adhesive products, follow detailed batch instructions, and ensure materials are weighed and added accurately. This position offers a steady Monday through Friday schedule, a structured production environment, and the opportunity to join a team-focused operation where attention to detail and safe work practices are valued. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used to produce adhesive products safely and efficiently. Follow batch tickets, manufacturing procedures, and precise weighing and material addition instructions. Set up, adjust, and monitor machinery and production equipment according to specifications. Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment, process, or product quality issues. Inspect products for quality, determine rework or disposal needs, and maintain accurate production records. Follow all Safety, Health, and Environmental standards while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

$25 to $26 per hour.

Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
