High Tech Operator - 12hr Nights

At Danone, Manufacturing the best products and supplying them to meet demand is a key driver for our plant teams. We are currently looking to hire a High Tech Operator based in Minster, Ohio! In this role, you will be responsible for: Working Safely with a high attention to detail and quality Manual tasks such as loading raw materials into the production equipment Technical tasks such as operating a computer system and troubleshooting process breakdowns Operating production fluid control systems Verifying target weights and meet target through the application of statistical process control Performing quality checks and accuracy of materials/products Consistently communicating with all departments involved in production process (e.g., warehouse, distribution, processing, fruit room, scheduling, quality) Documenting inventory of consumed raw materials and supplies Cleaning and sanitation tasks (e.g., general housekeeping, disposal of waste material, scraps, etc.) Other duties as assigned The High Tech Operator base rate is now 28.34/hr, increasing to $29.83 after one year! Night shift employees receive an additional $1.00/hr shift premium. About You The ideal candidate will have: High School degree or GED (Required) Advanced education a plus (Technical, Associates, Bachelors) Open schedule ability. This means you are able to work nights, weekends and holidays when scheduled.
