We are looking for team members who are passionate about resident care and thrive in a supportive long-term care environment.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications as assigned in accordance with physician orders and facility policies Accurately document medication administration and resident observations Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to nursing staff Assist residents with daily needs and support quality of life Maintain a safe, clean, and organized medication cart and work area Follow all state regulations, infection control practices, and facility procedures

Qualifications :

Previous Med Tech experience preferred Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care Must be reliable and dependable
