Your efforts directly contribute to maintaining a seamless production cycle and ensuring our facility meets its daily output targets through precise material handling and equipment operation. Responsibilities Execute the baling process for multiple production lines to ensure consistent output flow. Utilize vacuum lift systems and manual handling techniques to stack bundles weighing up to 50 pounds onto pallets. Secure and prepare bundles for transport using paper gum tape to maintain product integrity. Manage the movement of finished goods using manual pallet jacks to optimize warehouse organization. Perform routine sorting and pallet management to keep the production area clear and efficient. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through consistent housekeeping practices. Support overall plant operations by assisting with various production tasks as required. Qualifications Required Skills Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift. Ability to remain standing and active for extended periods, including 8 to 12-hour durations. Proficiency in using basic hand tools, including t-handles and wrenches. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to workplace safety standards. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, unionized setting. Experience with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or vacuum lifts.
