Production Lab Technician PrideStaff - Bend Bend, OR Job Details $22 - $23 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications Volumetric analysis pH level monitoring Food safety management pH meters pH sensors Food analysis (analytical chemistry specialty) Titration Hazard analysis Cross-functional collaboration Chemical testing Technical Proficiency Cross-functional communication Quality data entry Full Job Description •Position Summary •PrideStaff is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join the Quality Assurance/Control team for a premier beverage manufacturing facility in Bend. Support QA/QC operations through analytical equipment testing and procedure verification. Perform routine quality analysis on products across multiple stages of manufacturing. Maintain food safety, compliance, and document integrity across departments. Participate in R D support and process improvement projects. •Key Responsibilities •Perform daily QA/QC testing and analysis on sweet tea, fermenting tea, filtered kombucha, and finished products. Conduct analytical parameter testing, including pH, titratable acidity (TA), brix, and sugar testing. Enter production and testing data into the tracking system daily. Collect laboratory samples and maintain, clean, and organize the lab workspace. Maintain compliance with Food Safety Management Systems, GMPs, SSOPs, SOPs, and HACCP plans. Build, update, and maintain quality control documentation and standard operating procedures. Provide operational cover for lab leadership/technicians during absences as needed. Assist with R D projects and new product quality initiatives •Qualifications & Requirements •Previous laboratory, quality control, or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and food safety standards. Proficiency in operating lab equipment and running analytical testing (pH, brix, titration, etc.). High attention to detail with strong documentation and daily data entry skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and follow technical procedures accurately.
